Expert Osteopathy in Hove

Gentle osteopathy supporting adults, children and infants

Pain and tension are not things you simply have to live with.

Osteopathy focuses on how the body moves and functions as a whole, using gentle manual treatment to reduce discomfort and support long term wellbeing.

I’m Sian Eaton

You can call me Osteo Sian! You can find me at The Space in Hove, an amazing space I co-founded in 2019.

I am a Registered Osteopath who graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 2004.

With over 18 years experience I have the knowledge and skills to help my patients to live more active and pain free lives.

Since my further studying to become a specialist paediatric osteopath I became aware that when treating newborns with feeding difficulties that further knowledge was needed to support new parents, which was why I decided to become an Infant Feeding Coach.

But this is just another string to my bow, I’m happy to treat everyone. I treat everyone from all walks of life.

What We Treat

  • Osteopathy can help with common musculoskeletal issues that affect daily life, including back pain, neck pain, shoulder tension and joint discomfort. Treatment focuses on improving movement, easing restriction and reducing strain within the body.

  • Modern life places a lot of demand on the body. Osteopathy can support issues linked to posture, repetitive strain, work related tension and reduced mobility, helping the body move more freely and comfortably.

  • For those experiencing persistent or recurring pain, osteopathy takes a whole body approach. By looking at how different areas work together, treatment aims to address underlying causes rather than only managing symptoms.

Who I support

I work with women at many different stages of life, including those navigating postnatal recovery, ongoing aches or pain, hormonal changes, stress related tension, or simply feeling disconnected from their body.

Many of the women I see are returning to movement, exercise or work after having a baby, and want reassurance that their body is healing and being supported properly

I’m Victoria Thomas

I’m an osteopath with a special focus on women’s health and postnatal care, supporting women through recovery, change and the demands of everyday life.

Since qualifying in 2021, I’ve developed a particular interest in postnatal treatment, including Mummy MOT assessments, helping women feel stronger, more comfortable and more confident in their bodies after birth.

My approach is calm, compassionate and evidence based. Appointments are never rushed, and treatment is always tailored to you, your body and what you’re experiencing right now.

Your appointment will begin with a conversation about how you’re feeling, your concerns and your goals. Treatment is gentle, respectful and always explained clearly, so you know what is happening and why.

There is no pressure, no judgement and no one size fits all approach. My aim is to help you feel comfortable, informed and supported throughout.

What to expect from your appointment

“After the very first appointment, the constant headache immediately started to ease and within a few treatments I had a full range of movement and I was almost entirely pain free.”
