If you have any questions before booking, email or text is usually best as I am often with patients and may not be able to answer calls straight away. I will get back to you as soon as I can.

You can book your appointment easily using the online booking system opposite. Simply choose the service that feels right for you and select a time that suits.

If you are unsure which appointment to book, or would like to check availability before booking, feel free to get in touch.

Please note that when booking:

  • Paediatric appointments- please book using the child’s name and date of birth, adding parents information to the ‘notes’ section.

  • For patients wishing to book using their medical insurance, the booking deposit will be refunded once the insurance company has paid the first invoice.

  • We regularly work with the following providers:

    • WPA

    • Vitality

    • Cigna

    • Aviva

    • Bupa

    • Healix

    • AXA PPP Healthcareon

    If your provider is not listed, get in touch and we will confirm if we can work with your policy.

  • Often yes, but it depends on your policy. Some insurers cover osteopathy in full, some cover a set amount, and some require an excess. You are always responsible for any shortfall that is not covered by your insurer.

  • To process your claim smoothly, we need the following before your first session:

    • Your insurer name

    • Your policy or membership number

    • Your claim reference number

    • Your authorisation code or treatment

    • Approval code, if your insurer provides one

    • Confirmation of the number of sessions approved, if applicable

    Some policies also require a GP referral. If your insurer asks for one, you will need to provide it before we can proceed under insurance.

  • Yes. All insurance bookings require a booking deposit to secure your appointment.

    Your deposit will be refunded once the treatment cost has been paid by your insurance provider.

    If your insurer does not pay, or only partially pays, you remain responsible for the outstanding balance.

  • Before booking, contact your insurer and ask:

    • Am I covered for osteopathy at this clinic?
      Do I need a GP referral?

    • Do I need an authorisation code?

    • How many sessions are approved?

    • Will you pay the clinic directly, or do I claim back?

    Then send us your insurer details and approval information and we will take it from there.
